Ah yes. Another edition of the poorly run Dear God Why Us Sports CrapTastiCast. This marks the 18th episode of this rambling, incoherent, and pointless drivel we like to call a podcast. In an effort to focus our efforts, we decided to split the squad up and record two podcasts, merging the final product at the end. In theory, this was a great idea. In practice, it descended into conversations about subway masturbation, the Red Zone channel, a lot of random music, and a (shockingly) brief analysis of the woeful Bills by The Barrister and The Apologist.

(Editor's Note: Apologies for the shitty sound quality of the is episode, it was the first time recording on our own with my shitty laptop and lack of a real mic. Also, Yachter plays entire songs instead of clips. Ingenious.)

I'm sorry in advance for ruining the auditory portion of your Tuesday. Kisses and I love you all.

Why even bother putting games on Versus? The commentary is such a foaming at the mouth biography of each player, and they don't bother actually calling the game.
Why does NBC Sports think that no one understands or loves hockey just as it is? Why do I have to be "Olympified" through each game..."here comes Gerbe, out of Boston College, no one thought he could play in the NHL, but he's proving them wrong, and has a love the of the game that makes up for his size...." Meanwhile, that little fucker put some move on the opponent, beat them up the ice, shot that shit to the net, scored AND then picked a fight with someone.
I don't need everyone's life story and hopes and dreams - I just need you to call the fucking game. Bob Costas should be killed, and I hate Sunday night football, too (see above Olympification example)
